About Jennifer
Jennifer Kearney is a senior litigation paralegal with more than 15 years of legal experience. Her work focuses on personal injury, premises liability and wrongful death cases, and she has helped trial attorneys litigate injury cases in California state courts.
Jennifer has worked on both sides of injury cases. She has assisted trial attorneys representing injured people and attorneys representing insurance defendants. She has worked for leading civil defense firms and for plaintiff firms throughout San Diego County.
That history helps our clients. Jennifer knows how insurers approach a claim, and she knows the California Tort Claims Act, the law that governs claims against cities, counties and other public entities. Those claims come with short deadlines, so that knowledge matters early in a case.
She works closely with founding attorney Steven D. Green, Esq. on the firm's cases, including premises liability and wrongful death claims.
