Accessibility Statement

Our standard

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

What we have done

• Tested every page with automated checks (axe-core and Lighthouse) at phone, tablet and desktop sizes.
• Reviewed every page against the WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria by hand, including keyboard use, focus visibility, zoom to 400%, text spacing, color contrast, screen reader names and announcements, and forced-colors (high contrast) mode.
• Built our forms, settlement calculator, deadline tool and privacy controls so they can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader, with clear labels and error messages.
• Respected reduced-motion settings: the one moving band on our home pages stays still for visitors who turn motion off, and it pauses when you hover over it or tab into it.

Known limitations

• Interactive Google Maps embeds (loaded only if you choose) are provided by Google and may not be fully accessible. The office address and a directions link are always shown as text.
• Our pages in Spanish link to some pages that are only in English.
