Jennifer Kearney

Jennifer Kearney is a senior litigation paralegal who has over 15 years of legal experience focusing on personal injury, premises liability and wrongful death cases.  She has significant experience assisting trial attorneys in litigating personal injury matters for both injury victims and insurance defendants in California state courts.  Jennifer has worked for leading civil defense law firms as well as plaintiff’s law firms throughout San Diego County.  Her extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and the California Tort Claims Act make her a strong advocate for our clients. 

Jennifer attended California State University of San Marcos, studying Criminal Justice.  She also spent a year aboard in England at the University of Central Lancashire studying Criminology.  After graduation, she attended the University of San Diego, where she received her Paralegal certification.
